Reiki is an ancient Tibetan healing art, which goes back thousands of years. Rei = Universe; Ki = Life Force Energy.

Therefore, Reiki heals by using the energy of the universe, channeled through the practitioner onto the client. In our centre, we do not physically touch the client, but hover over the body with the hands.

During the process, the seven main chakras of the body are addressed, opening up blockages and providing healing – spiritually, emotionally and physically.

The main principle behind it is encapsulated in the following mantra:

“At least for today: Do not be angry, do not worry, be grateful, work with diligence, be kind to every living thing.”
